    We're seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience.     Compensation:

    $15 - $20 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
    • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
    • Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
    • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
    • You will be working at your own desk with your own computer and phone
    • Take incoming calls for customer needs, book service appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments.
    • You will be at your own desk using Service Titan Software. Basic computer and phone skills required
    • This will be an in person position at our office in Beachwood NJ
    Qualifications:
    • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
    • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
    • Previous CSR skills are a plus
    • Service Titan familiarity is a plus
    • Basic phone skills required
    • Basic computer skills required
