Light Duty Tow Truck Operator - Branford, CT

Job summary
Duties: Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their safety Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment and techniques Secure vehicles properly to prevent damage during transportation Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each tow Skills: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with stranded motorists Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles Knowledge of proper vehicle towing procedures and safety protocols Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects work in various weather conditions Attention to detail ensure proper securing of vehicles during transportation Note: Previous experience as a tow truck driver is required Schedule Must have flexible schedule Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off
