We would like to know if they have worked for CSH somewhere before

First day info:
This will be sent by Medical Staff Services after everything is finalized. They will also set up orientation via Zoom prior to their first day.


Requirements:
Board Certified IM/FM - REQUIRED, will consider Truly Board Eligible FM/IM (0-5 years completion of residency)

Active ND license - REQUIREDBLS, PALS, NRP - REQUIREDResidency requirements/fellowship in their specialty - REQUIRED RESIDENCY in their specific specialtyClean Malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERREDCOVID Vaccinated - REQUIREDTravel Preferences:
Lodging: Hampton Inn (Next to the hospital.)
