The Practice Manager is responsible for:
Managing the department and work groups. Supervising and controlling annual budgets. Facilitating issue identification and resolution. Collaborating in planning, workflow analysis, procedure changes, scheduling, and other related administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Manages department operations and pletes staffing, training, work flow analysis and performance management.
Manages staffing to ensure appropriate allocation and compliance with goals and objectives.
Monitors quality and financial performance.
Ensures compliance with government health regulations, JCAHO guidelines, quality requirements and customer service standards.
Recommends enhancement and cost saving strategies.
Resolves interdepartmental issues to ensure consistency in quality, procedure and policy application.
Develops, monitors and implements programs to enhance customer service, develop skills and improve scope of service.
Analyzes programs and makes improvements. Participates in managers meetings and relevant committees as assigned by Director.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Associate's degree.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
Certifications:
None plexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
WorkExperience:
Minimum three years team lead, supervisory or management experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Offset:
High School diploma/GED and five years of experience

Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment.
May require extended periods of sitting, standing and walking.
Must be able to walk to attend meetings; must have normal or corrected vision to normal range.

Pay RangeMinimum hourly:
$27.65Maximum hourly:
$42.17The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.
