    Position Description

    This is a Full-time, Non-Civil Service position with Metropolitan ActionCommission with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

    The position is under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager and performs duties as instructedto insure the cleanliness of all Metropolitan Action Commission property (indoor and outside).


    Work Hours:
    Monday - Friday (10:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.)


    • Extensive Background Checks are performed on applicants for this position with MAC.
    Typical Duties

    Perform preventive maintenance workAssist in all cleaning functionsAttend meetings and complete required trainingDemonstrate positive and professional work habitsAssist with other position related duties as requested by supervisor
    Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum of an eighth-grade education and one (1) year of experience in custodial work. Valid Driver License.

    Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.

    Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Knowledge of custodial methods, materials and toolsMust be able to lift 75 pounds
