    Databricks is seeking a dynamic Senior IT Product Manager to lead the process automation journey, focusing on the quote to revenue processes.

    The successful candidate will drive the analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across the organization.

    By minimizing manual touches and scaling organizational needs, you will play a critical role in optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    This position requires a deep understanding of business processes and expertise in automation technologies and tools. You will report to the VP of Fintech and work closely with our leadership and business partners.

    Operational Efficiency:
    You will streamline workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and optimize processes. By automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks, you enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

    Scalability:
    You will influence Databricks ability to scale in the sales and revenue operations without proportional increases in resources.

    You will have significant impact with your ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions enabling the company to handle growing volumes of work efficiently and effectively.


    Quality and Accuracy:
    You will apply automation to reduce the risk of errors and improve the accuracy of processes.

    By implementing automated workflows, you will ensure consistency, reliability, and adherence to business rules and standards, thereby enhancing the quality data and reducing the need for manual reconciliations.

    Process automation is a catalyst for innovation within organizations.

    You will apply your curiosity and creativity to identify opportunities for automation, leveraging emerging technologies, and implementing innovative solutions driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation.


    What we look for:


    5+ years of relevant product management experience in IT product management, with a focus on process automation and optimization with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

    Experience leading successful automation initiatives preferably in the quote to revenue processes.
    Understanding of business processes with expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing automation solutions.

    Technical acumen with hands-on experience in process automation technologies and tools, such as RPA, process mining, AI based automation tools.

    Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner
    Data and metrics skills to backup assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
