    Job Description Job Description ResponsibilitiesGuide the Company by implementing sound financial controls, metrics and financial dashboardsDevelop and utilize a system of key metrics and financial measurements tools that will be used to help measure operating performance and drive managerial decision makingLead all of the financial analysis of future add-on acquisitions and merger integration initiatives,Oversee all Post-Acquisition Integrations to support and maintain the Companys aggressive growth via acquisition strategy and will be responsible for all long range financial matters and to establish company-wide financial and administrative objectivesOversee the Finance and Accounting function as well as the M & A / post acquisition integration initiatives integrating systems, talent, policies and procedures and internal controls of newly acquired entitiesEvaluate, implement and maintain all financial and accounting systems as well as improve on all existing systemsAssist in the implementation of the new Accounting and Operating systemsGenerate monthly financial statement packages for management, investor / Board of Directors and auditors as well as organize financial information and consolidation policies across business units to facilitate accuracy, clarity and timeliness of reportingEnsure data integrity of the General Ledger and reconciliation of all Sub-Ledger accounts across entitiesEnsure the maintenance of appropriate financial records and preparation of financial reportsCreate scorecard / dashboard for each service line offeringKeep CEO informed with real-time metric /dashboard reports and recommend new or revised policies or programs when neededAssist the sales department in analyzing gross margins by service line and make suggestions to increase top-line revenue and profitabilityResponsible for developing and utilizing a system of key metrics, KPIs and financial measurements used to assess operating performance and drive business decisionsDevelop annual budgets and oversee financial planning and analysisPreparation of Long-Term Financial Planning and Financial Modeling, including preparing Targeted, Best Case & Worst Case analysis including Five Year Rolling PlanOversees and implements merger integration, Add-on acquisitions initiatives, and covenants complianceDevelopment and adherence to agreed upon financial reporting deadlines, company policies, and departmental procedures as well as organize financial informationServe as that trusted strategic financial advisor to both the CEO and Private Equity investorQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related (required)


    CPA preferred10+ years of successful experience with small to middle-market companies, preferably within the consumer services sectors including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, construction, etc.

    Previous CFO experience for a business backed by a middle-market Private Equity investor would be idealProven ability to create, implement (or improve upon), and utilize a System of Key Metrics and Financial Measurements (IE:
    Benchmarking, Scorecarding & Financial Dashboards ) used to measure operating performance and help drive managerial decision makingA role model of integrity, strong work ethic, team player with impressive business acumenAction oriented with a strong sense of urgency and is hands-onAppreciates and thrives within an entrepreneurial environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
