Job Title:
RN Supervisor-Nightshift
Schedule and Shift Differential
Will work 6:30P - 6:30A three days per week. Rotating weekends and holidays.
$3.50 per hour shift differential.
Position Summary:
The primary function of this position is to oversee and supervise the total delivery of nursing care and related services for all residents in compliance with federal state local standards guidelines regulations which govern facility as directed by Director Nursing Services Administrator ensure each resident's medical psychosocial spiritual needs wishes met effectively efficiently continuum.
b> Educational Experience Requirements: Graduate accredited school nursing possession valid license issued Commonwealth PA Minimum one year experience long term care setting Current certification cardiopulmonary resuscitation Administers drugs treatments facility policy procedures Assists development maintenance resident assessments interdisciplinary plans care Makes daily rounds addressing correcting operational issues verbal written reports Director Nursing Services Initiates maintains IV therapy administration IV medications Assist subordinate positions rendering care services necessary directed Monitors supervises L.P.N.'s Nurses Assistants ensure needs each resident met continuum Assists scheduling training initiating disciplinary actions warranted Miscellaneous Other Physical Demands Working Conditions Reports supply equipment needs repairs etc Director Nursing Services Responsible processing employee health directives work-related injuries Adheres upholds enforces all regulations recommendations Department Health Health Care Financing Administration Department Public Welfare Subject emotionally distraught residents family members visitors personnel must possess ability cope stresses environment Job Type Full-time Pay $31-$36 per hour Benefits Bereavement leave Flexible schedule Free parking Health insurance Life insurance Paid orientation Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location In person
