    We are looking for strong Machine Learning Engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable software, and partner across disciplines with global teams in pursuit of excellence.

    Apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to optimize advertisers' marketing strategies.


    • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.
    • Capitalize on the organic shopping behaviors on TikTok today and facilitate retentive behaviors to provide more people value and business value.
    BS/MS degree in Computer Science or similar fields, with 3+ years of related industry experience.


    • Solid programming skills, proficient in Python/Golang/Java/C/C++.
    • Familiarity with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework (TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet) and its architecture and implementation mechanism.
    • Familiarity with deep learning algorithms (CNN/RNN/LSTM, etc.).
    • Experience in resource management and task scheduling with large-scale distributed software (such as Spark and TensorFlow).

    Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
