    Description
    Job Description Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

    This Operations Specialist role is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in Operations Program Management and will provide exposure to Operations project management practices and interaction with all levels of leadership. This role will be a dual role, allocating half time to supporting an Operations Program Manager (OPM) on the flagship production program as well as supporting the ACES affordability program.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, and business/ finance.
    • 2+ years work experience or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
    • Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) V Lookup, Pivot tables.
    • Power BI experience preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication skills both verbally and written to present to all levels of leadership.
    • Highly motivated and solution oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
    • Excellent organizational skills, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
    • Ability to hold others accountable to actions and action closure.
    • Must be able to obtain secret clearance.
    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Secret Clearance preferred.
    • Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $ $105050

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
