- Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing high-impact projects that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Devise processes for project management frameworks, principles and staff development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion for multiple high profile projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements related to strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Participate and manage strategic planning, budgeting, contract initiation, and cross-project resource sharing, for strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Must possess 4-year degree.
- 7+ years of project management or strategic planning in a product organization or healthcare field.
- Project management certification required.
- Managed technical (software / product development) and non-technical (business processes) projects.
- Has managed and reported on a portfolio or suite of projects.
- Has improved processes and managed/mitigated risk at a departmental level.
- Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, tools and techniques (including Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project management methodologies) and an understanding as to when each is appropriate.
