    The Marketing Coordinator helps execute dynamic cross-channel digital marketing strategies that generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive new customer conversions.

    The Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing's work with agencies and technology partners to develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising solutions that deliver outstanding performanceReporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator works closely with all departments including sales and operations.

    Preference for candidates within the EST or CST time zone.

    The role is HYBRID, with an expectation of reporting into the NY office 3-4 days out of the week, working from home on Fridays.


    Responsibilities:
    Works closely with marketing and sales team to implement integrated strategiesReports on performance and delivery against plan and objectivesCoordinates design, development and production of sales collateralSets up and executes e-mail campaigns based on provided strategySets up, executes, and oversees social media campaigns based on the provided strategy working with outside agencies and technology partners as neededCreating and developing basic wireframes for website UX/UI or in-platform changes to send to web and app developersSourcing specific data sets in Google Analytics and exporting to Microsoft Excel or Google Data StudiosTests new website or in-app technology features in a staging environment pre-launch, ensuring accuracyUploading blogs to WordPress and improving website SEO through metadata editsCoordinates vendor and partner projects ensuring delivery and execution are on paceProvides timely and accurate KPI reports for weekly meetings with supervisorHelps develop and proof sales and marketing materialsRequired Education and Skills:BS/BA degree; Marketing or Communication preferred Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; SaaS product marketing preferredExcellent communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skillsBasic campaign coordination experience including reportingStrong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Slack and MS OutlookStrong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    Preferred Experience:
    Familiarity with Google Data StudiosFamiliarity with audience segmentationCoding experience is a plusGoogle Adwords PPC campaign management experience is a plusDigital marketing experience in programmatic, social, and/or search experience
