If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Cosmetology Learning Leader at Paul Mitchell The School Las Vegas
As a Cosmetology Learning Leader, you'll educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in both technical and guest service skills. You'll create engaging, objective-based learning experiences in the clinic classroom, helping students build confidence, professionalism, and a love for the beauty industry. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

In addition to classroom instruction, you'll have opportunities to participate in team trainings, fashion shows, photo shoots, and student activities, all designed to enhance both your professional development and the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills
Create engaging clinic classroom experiences using Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers
Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback to support growth and development
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professionalism
Support all clinic classroom systems while maintaining school standards and culture
Collaborate with fellow Learning Leaders and team members to continuously improve education and student outcomes
Participate in school events, activities, and team-building initiatives to enhance the overall student experience
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience instructing at a Cosmetology school
Current cosmetology and instructor license
Previous education and salon experience
Experience with Paul Mitchell products
Strong organizational, coaching, and communication skills
Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
Solid work history with verifiable references
Passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism
Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems preferred
Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with students of diverse backgrounds
