Albany Medical Center is a 767-bed academic medical center and the academic hub of the Albany Med Health System. We have a team of 21 faculty members, offering an ACGME accredited pathology residency program and fellowship programs in hematopathology and surgical pathology. Our laboratory division is well-equipped for research activities like fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) and molecular diagnostics.
Located in Albany, NY, the region offers great public schools, affordable suburban neighborhoods, and easy access to major cities like New York City and Boston. You can also enjoy the nearby Adirondack Mountains, Lake George, and Saratoga Springs.
