- Review the requirements of design and quality for custom projects.
- Create the inspection process to ensure quality from start to finish.
- Create a strategy for all engineering aspects of the project.
- Work on cross-functional teams to ensure everything is up to par.
- 2+ years experience as a quality engineer in the aerospace industry.
- Demonstrated experience to complete first article inspection (FAIRs).
- Customer quality assurance experience.
- Knowledge of AS9102, RR SABRe, GE S-100, and ISO 9001
- Proficient with PPAP Elements
- Dimensional inspection experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject area.
- Ability to manage projects against deadlines by creating plans.
