Type: Paid Internship / Co‑op, 40 hrs/week
Compensation: $4,000 – $10,000 per month depending on skill and experience.
Timeline: Summer (approx. May–August; we're flexible on start/end dates)

About the role
We're a small, tight-knit team. Our customers range from growing start-ups to large enterprise companies, and we obsess over their success.
As a GTM Engineer Intern, you'll work closely with the founders at the intersection of engineering, sales, and growth. You'll help build the technical systems and processes that power lead generation, outbound motion, pilots, and customer expansion.
You'll help us:
- Build and automate outbound workflows (prospect sourcing, enrichment, personalization).
- Create scripts and internal tools that identify high-intent accounts and improve targeting.
- Integrate and manage data across CRM, prospecting tools, and internal systems.
- Run experiments on messaging, positioning, and growth funnels; analyze results and iterate quickly.
- Automate repetitive founder workflows (prospect research, meeting prep, follow-ups).
- Help configure and deploy Decimal for new prospects and pilots.
- Analyze customer support data to identify high-impact use cases and generate ROI reports.
- Create repeatable onboarding playbooks and documentation to improve go-to-market efficiency.
- Surface product gaps and insights from sales calls and customer conversations.
This internship offers a unique learning experience: you'll see how early-stage B2B revenue is built from scratch, ship systems that directly impact pipeline and ARR, and operate at the intersection of AI, product, and go-to-market.

By the end of the internship, you will have:
- Built at least one repeatable outbound or growth system.
- Reduced founder time spent on manual prospecting or reporting.
- Helped launch multiple structured pilots.
- Contributed directly to measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
