- Driving sales through strategic planning, analysis, and follow-up.
- Building strong relationships within the healthcare industry and implementing effective business plans.
- Developing a clear understanding of AleraCare's services and pharmaceutical products.
- Maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare services or medical equipment sales.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with healthcare professionals and adapt to changing business environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to drive business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Willingness for occasional overnight travel and compliance with licensing and screening requirements.
- BA/BS degree highly preferred.
