Position Overview:

Maintain the cleanliness of all office spaces, public and guest areas including public rest rooms, pool deck restrooms, lobby area, gym, etc.

Organizational Structure:

Department: Housekeeping

Status: Part-Time/Seasonal, Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Reports To: Director of Housekeeping

Supervision: NA

Pay Structure: Hourly, Paid Bi-weekly.

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean and maintain lobby, restrooms, fitness, pool, banquet space, sundeck and other guest area.
• Replenishes supplies, and ensures restrooms are always in peak cleanliness condition.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaner.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets (Inside and Outside)
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes supplies in pool, sundeck and fitness areas.
• Reports maintenance condition such as light bulbs and other working order issues
• Abides by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals.
• Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
• Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• General Education High School GED Required
• Able to communicate in English verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
