    Job Description
    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the life insurance industry while providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.

    You will receive comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge, and will have the opportunity to grow in every possible way.


    Responsibilities:

    • Learn about our products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers effectively
    • Assist in identifying and contacting leads
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software are a plus
