- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Three years of hospitality or industry operation experience, with at least two years in a lead/supervisory role.
- Previous cash handling experience is desirable.
- Must hold a Certified Food Manager certification or obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English language.
- Effective communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Strong knowledge of food service software systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to make informed decisions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Compliance with Food and Nutrition Services standards.
