- Collaborate with your team to quickly address guest concerns.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department and your fellow technicians.
- Work together to solve problems, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds.
- Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Using hand tools with dexterity.
- Walking or standing for most of the workday.
- Driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigating a computer.
