Job summary
This job is for Patient Access Representatives who will be the primary point of contact for patient relations in person and by phone. They will greet patients and assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating as appropriate.Responsibilities

- Check patients in/out and collect co-payments, give receipts, and reconcile payments ,
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link/Epic ,
- Schedule appointments and complete patient registration
