    Description

    Engineer In Training - Structural Engineering

    The company is looking for an Engineer in Training with a solid background in structural engineering principles, meticulous attention to detail, and a drive for innovative design. This entry-level position offers a fantastic chance to contribute to impactful projects and evolve within a vibrant team.

    Engineer In Training Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and design structural elements for different types of buildings following building codes.
    • Create and review detailed drawings, ensuring precision.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with them throughout the project.
    • Oversee construction activities to make sure they meet project specifications.
    • Seek opportunities for professional growth and engage in improvement initiatives.

    Engineer In Training Qualifications:

    • Ability to effectively convey design intent through drawings and sketches.
    • Demonstrated capability to take on project responsibilities independently.
    • Proficiency in structural analysis software.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

    Engineer In Training Education and Other Requirements:

    • Preferred 1+ years of experience in structural design.
    • Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or related field.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

    Engineer In Training Benefits:

    • Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
