    36 Hours/Week | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

    Chest Pain Center
    Stroke Center
    No Trauma Designation
    Non-Teaching Hospital
    Free Parking

    Traveler Requirement:
    Must reside 50+ miles from the facility to qualify.
    Unit Overview – 5N Surgical Telemetry

    26-bed Surgical Telemetry unit
    General Medical Telemetry overflow
    Post-operative surgical patients
    Required Experience & Qualifications

    Minimum

    18 months MedSurg/Telemetry RN experience

    (Resource Team requirement)
    BLS (AHA)
    ACLS (AHA)
    NIHSS certification
    First-time travelers considered but not preferred
    Required Skills

    Stroke care experience
    Cardiac rhythm interpretation
    Trach care
    PIV starts
    Chest tube management
    NGT placement
    Drain and tube management (Dobhoff, PEG, JP, Hemovac, Flexiseal, Foley)
    PCA pump management
    Medication drips (cardiac drips, Heparin, blood products, IVF)
