- Have a full grasp of project schedule/milestones, contract documents, and in-house shop drawings; coordinate work on site with other trades
- Complete required paperwork and process daily reports, accident reports, and more with a handheld device
- Run and supervise large scale commercial plumbing construction projects and multiple job sites simultaneously
- Experience managing multiple crews from Foreman to Apprentice level
- Coordinate with other trades to complete plumbing work within project schedule
- Make wise monetary decisions on behalf of the company
- Ensure the safe performance of personnel and equipment on job sites
- Plan ahead and communicate effectively with the project manager on labor needs
- Adhere to company tool policy and mentor less experienced employees
- Install plumbing systems and related materials using hand and power tools
- Work from ladders, manlifts, and other equipment at various heights
- Perform other duties or special projects as required
- Complete in-person and online training as necessary
- At least 10 years of experience managing commercial plumbing jobs
- Hold a Master Plumber license (Alabama, Florida, or Georgia preferred)
- Medical Gas certification, or eligibility to acquire
- Supervision of projects valued from $1M to $5M
- Experience supervising job site personnel from Foreman to Apprentice level
- Lead a team effectively, including teaching and coaching
- Experience with electronic documentation
- Preferably OSHA 30 certification
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude
- Display initiative and be self-motivated
- Adhere to and promote company Safety Policy
- Possess basic mechanical aptitude and English language skills
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be punctual and available for overtime work if necessary
- Capable of physical tasks and passing screenings
- Willingness to travel for projects
- Starting wage range: $32.00+/hr., based on qualifications & experience
