- Covering single school located within the School Nurse's Office
- On-site; school day hours
- Long-term school year assignments (5 days per week)
- Short-term (1-3 days per week)
- Students with physical and developmental disabilities will require a nurse for the school year ranging from 1-5 days per week for the duration of the school year
- Bus Runs: Morning chaperone on the bus from home to school and then afternoon chaperone school to home
- Field Trips: Medical chaperone to attend field trips as a provider and responder
- Summer School: One-to-one student care for summer school or programs
