We are currently seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to join our team for the second half of the2023/2024 school year for a TexasSchool District.

As a remote contractor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while enjoying the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home.

Position Overview:

As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychological services to students enrolled in virtual schools.

You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and support the social-emotional and academic needs of students.

This position is a 1099 contracting role, allowing you the autonomy to manage your schedule while contributing to the success of students in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' academic and behavioral needs
Provide counseling and consultation services to students, parents, and educators
Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Participate in virtual meetings, conferences, and professional development activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided


Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Texas licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
Experience in virtual or remote service delivery (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to use technology effectively for virtual assessments and meetings
Must pass a VocoVision technical screening (showing knowledge of the platform Zoom)
