- Participate in the on-call rotation to monitor alarms during off hours.
- Control and monitor the industrial treatment process.
- Make process control and chemical dosing adjustments and record all data.
- Collect analytical samples to perform laboratory tests and analyses in support of facility operations.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly operated, maintained and/or repaired and returned to service in a timely manner.
- Operate vehicles and equipment such as service trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Handle chemicals in accordance with SOP's and SDS.
- Read gauges and meters and record data to look for trends.
- Calibrate and maintain analytical equipment and instruments.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment within the scope of operations contracts.
- Complete required logs and reports for facility management as assigned.
- Report any outstanding maintenance tasks and provide status updates to facility management.
- Maintain equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and flow meters.

This role will involve close collaboration with clients, federal and state regulatory agencies, and various departments within Probst.We take pride in our extensive experience in industrial wastewater engineering and operations.
As a Wastewater Operator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and preventative maintenance of the facility
Wastewater Operation Focus:
Mechanical Focus:
~ Previous experience operating skid steer and forklift.
~ Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
~1+ years of experience in wastewater.
~ Hands-on experience with blowers, pumps, motors, and actuated valves, among others.
~ Ability to obtain Operator in Training (OIT) WI WWTP Operator Certifications for the following subclasses:
~ C – Biological solids/sludge handling, processing, and reuse (aerobic and anaerobic digestion, thickening, dewatering, land application)
