Job summary

The Subscription Manager (SM) at PTC is pivotal in driving the growth and retention of annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the Subscription Management Sales Organization.

In this exciting role, you will be part of the Subscription Management Team which falls under the Customer Success organization. You will work directly with customers and collaborate with the entire PTC ecosystem to secure on time renewals and ARR.
  • Contract Growth Strategy – Driving ARR growth and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
  • Renewal Target Achievement – Meeting or exceeding perpetual and subscription renewal targets
