    Job Summary:

    In this role, you'll be pivotal in assisting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with communication and swallowing issues.

    Working closely with our team, you'll help craft and execute treatment plans, deliver therapy, and track client progress, all while making a positive impact on the field of speech-language pathology.


    Responsibilities:

    • Aid in assessments supervised by licensed SLPs to identify various disorders.
    • Assist in tailoring treatment plans to individual needs and goals.
    • Administer therapy sessions as directed, covering speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
    • Employ a range of tools and methods to enhance communication and speech skills.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to offer support and education.
    • Track student progress, document outcomes, and report to licensed SLPs.
    • Stay updated on advancements in the field through ongoing professional development.
    • Contribute actively to team meetings and the school's overall success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
    • Valid state certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
    • Prior experience in SLPA or related roles preferred.
    • Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques in speechlanguage pathology.
    • Ability to work under licensed SLP supervision and within a team environment.
