Job summary
We are seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our outpatient clinic team and drive patient-centered care.As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete operation of the clinic, including budgeting and forecasting expenses. You will also have the opportunity to work with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align with business needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in management (healthcare or business) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker), as well as strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
