- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support the development and implementation of annual marketing, creative, and social media strategies; lead day-to-day execution from concept through completion using data, trends, and performance insights.
- Brand, Content & Creative Leadership: Oversee storytelling and creative production across digital, print, video, photography, advertising, and environmental graphics while ensuring consistent application of Evansville Goodwill's brand standards.
- Digital Platforms & Performance: Manage website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media channels to grow engagement and traffic; monitor KPIs, analyze results, and report outcomes to leadership with optimization recommendations.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Partner with Retail, Mission Services, and Mission Advancement teams to deliver timely, coordinated marketing support; assist with fundraising campaigns, events, donor outreach, and cultivation of community and philanthropic partnerships.
- Team, Vendor & Budget Management: Lead, coach, and develop marketing and creative staff; manage external agencies and vendors; assist with advertising budget development, tracking, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in marketing, communications, creative, or digital roles with hands-on content and design involvement.
- Strong strategic, creative, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media platforms, content calendars, analytics, and reporting.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office/GSuite, video editing software, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, travel regularly throughout the territory, and represent Goodwill professionally in the community.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing and criminal background checks.
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently and assist with team lifting or equipment use for items over 40 lbs.
- Work occurs primarily indoors with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and moderate noise levels; may encounter occupational allergens such as dust, animal hair/dander, and perfumes.

What You'll Do:
The Director of Marketing & Creative Services advances Evansville Goodwill's mission by leading the strategy, execution, and storytelling that connect donors, shoppers, partners, and the community to the power of work. Reporting to the Vice President of Mission Advancement, you will guide marketing, communications, and creative efforts to ensure Goodwill's story is clear, consistent, and compelling across all channels-driving retail growth, mission awareness, and community impact throughout the tristate.
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried Exempt
Schedule: Standard business hours of weekdays 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM CT with flexibility for evenings, weekends, travel, and special events as needed
Salary Range: $60,000-80,000 annually
