Small, well established (40 years) general practice with concentration in Real Estate and Civil Litigation seeks Full-Time Associate admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with relevant litigation / courtroom experience. Thriving Boston firm represents professional management companies and private landlords in all phases of residential and commercial property management / ownership. The ideal candidate is comfortable co-managing cases as part of a collegial team in a deadline-oriented environment; welcomes daily client communication; and has a working knowledge of Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure and Uniform Summary Process Rules.
Responsibilities
Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus Bonus pay. Medical insurance (Harvard Pilgrim Health Care) and on-site garage parking paid for by the firm. PTO includes holidays, vacation and sick time. Automobile required.
