    Customer Service Coordinator

    We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer service support to our clientele by answering and relaying their phone calls
    • Utilize our cutting-edge internal system to analyze and prioritize customer requests.
    • Effectively dispatch our skilled team to the right locations with precision and speed, Navigating challenges to ensure a smooth and coordinated response.
    • Communication with customers and/or insurance adjusters
    • Follow-up calls and emails
