You will have the opportunity to support different tasks and projects which include weekly learning sessions on various areas in the organization, individual career development supported by your manager and other department team members, out-of-the-office activities as well as fun-competitive events supported by the People Experience team.
What you'll do
The Sales Operations department has a mission to have 'the right car, at the right place, at the right time'. This department comprises of three core teams: Commercial Sales, Sales Operations & Variable Marketing Expense (VME) as well as Events & Experiential Marketing. This structure is designed to align our organizational structure and resources to support the field business in achieving our retail, commercial and pre-owned volume and profit objectives.
Our Sales Operations & VME channel includes sales planning & forecasting, incentive programs, and general sales operations. As a Sales Planning Intern, you will be supporting a special project to develop new methodologies to better serve Regions and Retailers with the allocation of New Vehicles.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
The hourly compensation for this internship is $22.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered is based on factors such as a candidate's relevant skills, experience, education, and overall alignment with organizational needs. Interns may also have access to a variety of Volvo resources designed to support early‑career development, including professional development opportunities, employee wellness programs, and exposure to teams across the organization. A comprehensive overview of compensation programs applicable to internship roles will be provided during the recruitment process
