    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Recommend short term solutions to material and capacity problems.

    Works primarily in the Frozen zone (immediate WIP) Responsible for the integrity of the Production Schedule and prioritization of the daily Build Plan.

    Responsible for delivery of build plan to Production Supervisor. Coordinate available material, tooling and supplies to support build plan. Works to resolve variability associated with daily build plan. Facilitates issues that impede meeting build plan.
    Maintain a detailed knowledge of shop Capacity constraints Manpower requirements General manufacturing processes Priorities
    Participate with Team in the review and mitigation of potential out of balance conditions between Demand and Supply.


    Tie in and coordinate between shifts Maintain proper capacity information in ERP System(Calendar/Crew Size) Participate in the review and mitigation of potential out of balance conditions between Demand and Supply Supplies required reports and graphs at management discretion.

    Maintain strong interface with Director of Op's Establish 'Drum Beat' for operations Work with all disciplines for coordination of WIP cross flow Provide hard priorities for WIP alignment Supports PC process Determines proper release quantity and ensure jobs released meet scheduled demand Tracks and works issues associated with Planned and Firm Jobs Assist to resolve jobs that are held due to materials, tooling, etc.
