    Job Title

    A Lateral Associate - Litigation position at a premier litigation team in Dallas, TX, offering an opportunity to work on diverse cases across various sectors.

    Estimated Salary: $365,000 - $420,000 annually

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other documents.
    • Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and document review.
    • Manage cases and client communications effectively.
    • Contribute to hearings, trials, and appellate proceedings when needed.
    • Engage in cross-functional practices, including oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, and securities.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Law school graduate from 2017-2019 with prior exposure to state and federal litigation practices.
    • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
    • Skills: Proficiency in legal research, drafting, case management, and litigation strategies.
    • Additional Qualifications: District or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred but not required. Deposition, hearing, and trial experience is a plus.
