    This is a great opportunity if you are an experienced Senior or Industrial Electrician, Electrical and Controls Technician, Electrical and Instrumentation Technician (E&I Tech), Engineer, Electric Technician, Instruments and Electric Tech, or similar. Experience working with water treatment equipment is a plus.

    Job Description

    As an E&I Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical power circuits and equipment, control and automation systems, as well as electronic and pneumatic equipment utilized in pump stations, water plant operations, and measurement facilities. You will be responsible for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining these systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Electrical Power Circuits and Equipment Maintenance:
    2. Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical power circuits and equipment.
    3. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous operation of electrical systems.
    4. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
    5. Control and Automation Systems Maintenance:
    6. Maintain, calibrate, and repair control and automation systems used in various operations.
    7. Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
    8. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
    9. Electronic and Pneumatic Equipment Maintenance:
    10. Troubleshoot and repair electronic and pneumatic equipment utilized in pump stations, water plant operations, and measurement facilities.
    11. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential malfunctions and address them proactively.
    12. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols when maintaining electronic and pneumatic systems.
    13. Documentation and Reporting:
    14. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
    15. Generate reports detailing equipment performance, issues encountered, and recommended solutions.
    16. Collaborate with supervisors to develop maintenance schedules and plans to optimize system reliability.

      Background In:

    17. Implementation and maintenance of electrical power circuits and equipment.
    18. Maintenance of control and automation systems, electronic and pneumatic equipment used in pump stations, water plant operations and measurement facilities.

      Qualifications:
    19. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, or a related field preferred.
    20. Proven experience as an E&I Technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    21. Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation principles, and control systems.
    22. Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, SCADA systems, and other automation technologies.
    23. Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA).
    24. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    25. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
