- Oversee small projects including Emergency Generator bearing replacement and reactivation; Firewater pump module reactivation; Seawater and Firewater pump overhaul at respective OEM facilities; Replacement of wire ropes to lifting devices; Modification of ASV landing platform.
- Assist in developing work scopes feeding into an integrated Project schedule, collaborating with discipline leads in Project Controls, Supply Chain, Construction, and Commissioning.
- Determine and report material requirements, Required level of effort for resourcing, Activity durations, Budget, SIMOPS, Third-party Vendor support requirements.
- Participate in both behavioral-based safety and site safety walk programs.
- Ensure compliance with Project Specifications and applicable codes.
- Prepare and issue various work packs, schedules, minutes of meeting, as needed to coordinate and record project execution activities.

Summary
Per Sé Group is looking for a Professional Engineer to play a key role in our oil & gas client's topsides project.
In this role, you will be a central support ensuring successful planning and execution of small projects.
Your expertise as a Project Engineer will be crucial to ready the topsides project for commissioning and launch on time.
The Topsides Project Engineer will plan, coordinate, and execute small projects like equipment overhauls to ensure timely and safe delivery, protecting the overall Project schedule.
Demonstrate leadership in safety and environmental protection. Act as a safety champion promoting safety awareness and safe performance among colleagues, project teams, and contractors at all times.
Contribute to safety, health, environment protection, reliability, and efficiency to achieve world-class performance of company strategies.
Preferred Skills and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in engineering. Must be a Professional Engineer (PE). Highly proficient in Excel (managing complex financial models in Excel), PPT, and Microsoft Office products. 15 years of experience in either a project or operational capacity in the Oil and Gas industry. Structural, Mechanical, I&C, and Electrical knowledge.
