- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
- 5 - 8 years of paralegal Litigation experience; insurance defense experience preferred

- Work directly with attorneys on matters
- Prepare Medical Chronologies
- Prepare Medical Bill Spreadsheets
- Intake initial demand packages and breakdown/prepare for attorney review
- Conduct detailed background checks (social media, criminal, etc.)
- Identify all non-parties, i.e., insureds, doctors, healthcare facilities, employers and log
- Prepare materials for depositions/trials
- Review depositions for relevant defense arguments and identifying new healthcare providers to subpoena
- Work with experts, send documents, attend and summarize conferences
- Follow-up for updated lien information as case continues
