    OT- home health needed asap

    • One (1) year of experience in supervised clinical practice in acute or rehab setting.
    • Home Health Experience.
    • Bachelors degree and educational requirements needed to be licensed as Occupational Therapist in New Mexico and meet requirements of Home Health Medicare Conditions of Participation if necessary.
    BLS Certification.

    • Current drivers license with current auto insurance.
    Driving is required and will be assigned work area in one of the following regions (Greater Albuquerque, Rio Rancho/Bernalillo, Valencia County).
    Required QualificationsOccupational Therapist, Home HealthExperience: 1 yearLicenses: OT-NMCertifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
