We are seeking an Associate to join the Abdo Nonprofit Financial Solutions team If you have a passion for serving nonprofit organizations while furthering your accounting experience this role is for you As an Associate you will manage multiple nonprofit client engagements providing specialized financial accounting and consulting services You will play a part in various consulting projects to help nonprofits address financial operational and regulatory challenges and improve their financial efficiency At Abdo we're not your typical accounting firm For us 'Lighting the path forward' means that we go well beyond traditional accounting and auditing to deliver solutions that help our clients succeed We carefully seek out the best people and trust them to make a difference in helping our clients navigate forward with confidence Our culture is built on the following principles Relationships Growth & Development Teamwork Key responsibilities include Prepare financial reports conduct financial analysis Assist in the budget process Preparation of year-end audits and financial statements Assist in long-term planning process for clients Perform analytical detailed work with numerical data efficiently accurately Utilize develop functional understanding of firm software internal workflowprocedures manage binder documentation maintain client information Exercise discretion judgment when working with confidential client matters Ideal Associate candidate has Bachelor degree Accounting CPA currently pursuing CPA or plans pursue CPA certification Experience Sage Intacct QuickBooks QBO preferred Experience nonprofit organization preferred Experience grant funding preferred Desire work fast-paced environment Attracting developing retaining employees highest priorities Abdo Listed fastest growing firm ranked top firms by Inside Public Accounting always seeking talented individuals contribute continued growth success firm Interviews conducted via Zoom video Flexible Workplace:

At Abdo committed fair transparent competitive compensation reflects unique skills experiences each candidate. The estimated base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 Offers typically made below maximum allow room future compensation increases role.
