For more information, please visit What We Do We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Platform Engineering organization.     • Deeply understand our internal customers' usage of our internal infrastructure and environments through interviews, data collection, and observation.
    • Create near term and long term roadmaps and backlogs for our internal infrastructure and environment offerings, supporting Platform Engineering's vision, our customers' needs, and First American's cost control demands.
    • Understand and manage key technology products under Platform Engineering stewardship to devise short term and long term roadmaps and backlogs to provide efficient operations and high performing service delivery to SPD customers.
    • Create and participate in onboarding of new systems under management, including discovery, SLA/SLO development, and owning prioritization decisions across the systems under management.
    • Participate in Platform Engineering intake and prioritization processes.
    • Partner with Customer Success and the broader Product Management organization to support our customers' and SPD's initiatives and goals.
    • Contribute to and participate in SPD's Product Management transformation journey.
    • Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of Platform Engineering's products and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics.
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Technical Program Manager.
    • Proven track record of managing and evolving roadmaps and backlogs for a highly technical product portfolio with engineers as the primary customer.
    • A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy.
    • Demonstrated passion for developer platforms, developer experience, tools, workflows, and/or infrastructure.
    • Strategic thinker that can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about end-to-end experience.
    • Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success.
    • Leverages product intuition and judgment to solve problems and make decisions without perfect information.
    • Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask 'why'.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations.
    Pay Range: $108,240 - $169,125 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
