    Description

    Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour

    Location: 7039 South Highway 11, Westminster, SC 29693

    Job Type: Direct Hire with Benefits (Not a Temporary Assignment)

    Shift Information:

    • 3rd Shift: 7pm-7am (12-hour shift)
    • Overtime is mandatory
    • Rotates between Week 1 (Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun) and Week 2 (Wed/Thurs/Fri)
    • Every other weekend off

    Additional Pay Info: $1,000 Signing Bonus and $500 Referral opportunities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions
    • Performs preventive maintenance
    • Locates and repairs electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems
    • Completes projects as directed
    • Assists in training other maintenance personnel and production associates
    • Ensures job functions maintain or improve product quality
    • Performs Preventative Maintenance on equipment
    • Completes work orders satisfactorily and in a timely manner

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
    • Advanced education in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
    • Work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
    • Experience in working with electrical systems
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints

    OTHER INFORMATION:

    • Works well in a team environment
    • On-the-job or classroom training in various technical areas
    • Hilift/Forklift operation experience and ability to obtain license
    • Quality Management System and Environmental Systems Training
    • Must be able to work in a manufacturing setting with physical requirements
