Project Development Specialist

Cannon Construction is seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to oversee the proposal process from RFP analysis to final submission. This role involves reading and interpreting RFPs, developing compliance strategies, writing technical content, and delivering polished proposals on time.

• Write and develop technical proposal content including work plans, qualifications narratives, project descriptions, executive summaries, safety plans, and cover letters.
• Conduct internal interviews with project managers and subject matter experts to extract project details.
• Develop clear persuasive writing that conveys Cannon's capabilities without relying on generic corporate language.
