    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionOur Direct Marketing Agents canvass neighborhoods in our territory as a unified team of representatives.

    They work together and support one another as they strive to meet both shared and individual goals and set qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants.

    Canvassers play a pivotal role in our company's success with the power to set the tone for our customer relationships by applying their skillful communication tactics to honestly and authentically build trust and show care for the unique needs and preferences of each prospect.

    They are an emissary of the company, bringing our solutions directly to consumers and setting the expectation for how Renewal by Andersen respects the honor of being welcomed into our customer's homes.

    In these conversations, they demonstrate their knowledge and expertise to adeptly address concerns, highlight benefits, and provide relevant information.

    Customer service and sales skills like conversational agility empower our agents to adapt their approach and deliver tailored solutions based on the responses they receive.

    Resilience in the face of potential rejection and the ability to maintain professional enthusiasm in any situation are essential characteristics to their success.

    ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the following:
    Providing Signature Service to any and all people encountered as an agent of Renewal by Andersen including coworkers, customers.

    Ensuring compliance with department policies and proceduresMaintaining a healthy team culture by engaging in the WhatsApp conversation, supporting team members, and offering help where neededDemonstrating integrity in all interactions with team members, office staff, and homeownersMeeting set goals as outlined by managementMaintaining a safe and productive environment in both the office and the fieldMaking sure to have all the necessary equipment dailyMeeting uniform and hygiene requirementsKeeping the Canvassing work area clean, including the company vehicle while in useUtilizing continuous improvement and training opportunitiesEngaging in training methods like role-playing activities to improve interactions with homeownersUtilizing all performance management tools and processes offered by RBA SacramentoMeeting attendance and performance expectationsProviding Signature Service in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standardsPerforming any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties assignedBelow are actions and indicators which reflect effective Signature Service :Maintaining a safe and productive environment for yourself and the teamAchieving a minimum of 10 appointments and 5 demos per pay periodSetting successful appointments by:Following and memorizing our scripting practicesActively participating during in-field and classroom trainingsAlways conducting yourself in a professional mannerAchieving a successful demo rate of 78% which is qualified as:Confirming need for window/door replacement with installation of 3 plus unitsSetting the expectation for a 60-90-minute consultationEnsuring that all homeowners will be present for consultationEnsuring that all company timelines and policies are upheldMaking sure that personal lunch and Knock timelines are being metProviding effective communication with both your internal teams, leadership, and the publicReinforcing and contributing to a positive team culture by:Communicating areas of growth regularly with your team lead and Direct Marketing LeadershipEncouraging an exciting, inclusive, and determined atmosphereEnsuring privileged and/or confidential information is protected and that you do your part in ensuring our organization's security remains uncompromisedParticipate in individual performance reviews.

    CompensationCompensation includes an hourly wage of $21/hour, eligibility for demo bonuses, and commission on sales per the Direct Marketing Agent Compensation Agreement.

    It is important that you observe all safety protocols and protect yourself and team members during the workday.
    There may be times where due to weather field work may be called off.

    This will be decided at the discretion of the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and will be communicated to the team before the start of the workday.

    In these instances, alternative work such as training or role playing may be done in lieu of field work.
