The BHA position at Youth Care is responsible for the supervision of students and providing support while they work toward accomplishing treatment plan goals.
Demonstrate a strong overall work ethic and develop and maintain a positive, healthy relationship with students, serving as a role model.
The ideal candidate will communicate in a clear and professional manner, is able to deal effectively with stressful situations and is skilled at conflict mediation.
REQUIRED:
ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screen, must be able to provide social security card for state background and provide documentation of education requirement (HS diploma or GED)
