    Description
    The IT Service Delivery Director oversees the performance, reliability and scalability of Meriplex's Managed Services delivery organization. Reporting to the VP, Managed Services, this role owns the execution and continuous improvement of IT service delivery across client environments ensuring services are delivered consistently efficiently in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) KPIs and contractual commitments.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Own end-to-end delivery of managed IT services across Service Desk teams ensuring consistent achievement of SLAs KPIs and client performance expectations.
      • Drive operational excellence across incident problem change service request management processes.
    This role requires a strong operational leader who can drive maturity discipline technical accountability while supporting a high growth multi-client environment.Operational Maturity & Continuous Improvement
    • Advance ITSM maturity through process standardization automation tooling optimization.
    To achieve these goals you will partner with cross-functional departments promote collaboration effective communication practices.The ideal candidate has 5+ years leadership experience managing Managed Services teams supporting multiple clients Experience operating in high-growth or multi-site environments is preferred Strong analytical skills excellent stakeholder management capabilities Proven track record leading large technical teams delivering measurable improvements
