Experience and Gatherings is a 50 person team that reports to the Chief Learning and Fulfillment Officer and focuses on culture, belonging and teammate engagement, in addition to large event planning and creative and production services. The Analyst role will be a part of the Experience and Gatherings Project Management Office and will work across all lanes to measure engagement and drive efficiencies across our core programs and processes.

This position will be based in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Work with program owners to build and manage project plans and associated reporting
• Build Experience & Gatherings dashboards to track initiatives and provide insight across multiple lanes
• Provide analytical assessments to drive change, increase efficiencies, and measure initiative impact and effectiveness
• Effectively engage with key stakeholders to define, gather, and analyze feedback to Experience & Gatherings programming
• Support development of program content, including copy writing / editing and power point design
• Develop high level process map workflows with program owners to identify and implement enhancements to operational efficiencies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-2 years project management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel and project management software
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at various levels across the company to foster a positive work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving work environment

Salary/ Wage Range

50k-65k
