Description

Conceptual budgeting/planning based on plans and specs.
0-5 years of construction experience.
Field measure steel stairs, rails, gates, ladders etc.
Structural Steel Building experience a plus.
Assist in overseeing steel trade sub-contractors, engineering drawings, and construction contracts.
Develop cost-effective erection plans and schedules for completion projects.
Review and develop structural steel drawings.
Team leadership ability and excellent communication skills.

I am also looking for good Structural Cad Detailers who have 5 plus years experience working in a steel/ornamental/miscellaneous company.

Position is full time permanent with good medical, 401k, and vacation
